Olivia Rutman, Author of 'The Magic of Words', is an entrepreneur and the mom of three young boys. She has seen how challenging it can be for many children to control their big feelings and be able to calmly articulate their thoughts, needs, or feelings in a way that others are able to understand. This leads to frustration all around, and leaves kids and parents/caregivers feeling frustrated and defeated, not knowing how to help.
